Cancelled coming together invites still not deleted from invitees calendar

• I accept a problem. one Organizer cancelled a recurring meeting. The aforementioned has been deleted from organizer'due south calendar only nonetheless preset in invitees calendar.

• I accept a trouble. one Organizer cancelled a recurring coming together. The same has been deleted from organizer's calendar but still preset in invitees calendar.

  The invitees need to remove it themselves but accepting the cancellation or manually removing the meeting. It doesnt automatically get removed.

  As is mentioned by Andy, this is an expected behavior that the cancelled meeting even so presents in the attendees' calendars.

  More often than not, when a coming together is cancelled by the organizer, attendees volition receive a cancellation electronic mail. If the invitee wants to remove the meeting from the agenda, he tin can click the Remove from Calendar above the message header in the Reading Pane:

  Cheers for the response, I was reported that the attendees does not see the entry as "Cancelled" , However the item was deleted from organizer'south calendar.

  I take done some tests from my side likewise, information technology worked as expected. non sure if something else nosotros tin check..

  For the organizer side, this is past design that the meeting will be removed from his agenda when he sends out the cancellation.

  Past it worked in your side, do y'all mean equally an attendee, the cancelled coming together was removed automatically? From what I know, this is usually you accept ready Outlook to automatically accept or refuse meeting requests via File > Options > Calendar:

  We do not accept the "Machine take and remove cancelled events" enabled.

  Our concern is, The user has cancelled effect and it removed from his agenda, however on the attendees calendar the particular is not showing every bit cancelled. they still run into it every bit a valid meeting. wired.

• I am also having this consequence.  I attempted to cancel a recurring series this morning.  The invite was removed from my agenda (organizer), but a counterfoil email was never sent.  It is at present deleted from my agenda, but ane,000 plus attendees never received the cancellation email.
